Terms & Conditions of Refund Policy:

➢We take maximum 180 days to fix up the marriage. In case it is not materialized, company will refund your amount deducting expenses incurred or 50% of total payment. If customer wanted to continue your service you can continue without any extra fees.

 
➢As per policy if your marriage will fix in your relation or from some other sources. In that case your amount will be refunded post verification and customer have to provide us an evidence of marriage.

➢In case after getting good responses from your RM still if customer doesn’t want to continue and wanted your money to be refunded in that case service team will verify the case and justify the condition if it is applicable fo refund.

➢Your response will be highly required. Due to lack of your response also your ID will be deactivate from our end after 2 months. In that case also we will not refund your service fees.

➢If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfied as per the standard or unable to fix up marriage after getting match then based on customer’s request we will refund the amount using the same payment gateway method.

➢Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days post we receive request from customer." and amount will be refunded by same payment method (Applicable on Till marriage Plan).

➢Maintain all confidentiality till the time you give your go ahead to proceed for any of the profiles.

➢ Any part payment or Discount offer is not entitled to claim for refund

For 3 months assisted service For NRI profiles:

1)            Duration of Service: 3 Months
2)            Appoint Relationship Manager.
3)            Work process with weekly schedule.
4)            Service Charges: 10,000 INR
5)            Applicable for NRI Profiles.
6)            Amount will be Non-Refundable.

For 6 months assisted service For NRI profiles:

1)            Duration of Service: 6 Months
2)            Appoint Relationship Manager.
3)            Work process with weekly schedule.
4)            Service Charges: 15,000 INR
5)            Applicable for NRI Profiles.
6)            Amount will be Non-Refundable.

For Till marriage Assisted Service: For NRI profiles.

1)            Duration of Service: Till Marriage.
2)            Appoint Relationship Manager.
3)            Work process with Alternate Day schedule.
4)            Service Charges: 25,000 INR (Including GST)
5)            Applicable for NRI Profiles.
6)            Refund option applicable if marriage will not fix through us.
7)            Meeting Facility provided.
8)            Verification will be done from our end.
